Absolutely! Your satisfaction is our top priority. We are confident you will be pleased with our services and products. Still, if you try us and decide this membership does not sufficiently meet your needs, you can cancel within 10 calendar days from your purchase for a partial refund as follows:
If you cancel within the 10-day calendar period of your purchase, you will receive a partial refund. Due to the digital nature of the course downloads, we are unable to offer refunds. However, you will receive a partial refund for your 8 weekly small group sessions with Demetrice and monthly Masterclasses for a total of $125.00. (see below for returns of subscription box).
If you cancel within 10 days, but decide to keep your subscription box, a non-refundable fee of $175 will be deducted from your refund.
If you decide to return your subscription box, you have 10 calendar days from your subscription box arrival date to receive a refund $175. The personal hygiene products and perishable items like soaps, body scrubs, moisturizers, sanitary napkins, and teas, must be in same condition that you received it, undamaged, unopened, or unused in any way. All products must be in their original condition.
If you decide to return your subscription box, please contact the customer service for your return authorization. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. After we receive your items, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund of $175.00. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase. For credit card payments, it may take 5-10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
After the 10-calendar day period of your purchase, you will no longer be able to receive a refund. Please inspect all items upon arrival.
